NutriChef PKELKN8 Electric Knife Review

I read reviews before purchasing that the blades didn't lock, but I was hoping it was user error. No, you're right, I couldn't lock the blades either. So if you don't like running blades popping up, don't waste your money. I bought a Cuisinart that I've been looking at for a long time but was hesitant to spend the extra money and it's gotten so much better.

Too bad I thought I'd buy a cordless electric knife. Read the entire product description. However, this is a really sharp knife that not only has a power cord, but also cuts through roasts, turkey, roast chicken and thicker cuts of meat with ease. Thick slice, thin slice, whatever, the blades don't stick together. A word of caution. Be careful when washing the blades, as I said, these blades are serrated and you can easily cut yourself.

I used this to cut a whole turkey. The grip is excellent and I find it more comfortable to use than the straight grip. I wish I could post a photo of the turkey slices as the blade teeth are made like a saw and the turkey slices look like rough sawn wood.
