Excellent and unique handle design
This is the only electric knife I have seen with such an excellent handle design. This makes the knife much easier to hold and use than traditional straight handle-to-blade designs. The knife cuts well and overall I am impressed. A few minuses: it is not clear which blade should be used to cut boiled meat. The instructions only mention bread or frozen meat. You also have to hold down two buttons to cut (for security reasons). I have arthritis and after a while I find it difficult to hold the top button with a weak thumb.
