I will start positive. They are inexpensive and the clipless side has adjustable tension.There are issues. The platform is narrow and on a short spindle. It only supports the inside half of my street shoe. My cycling shoe rubs on the crank when clipped because of this.My mountain bike shoes don't work with them because there isn't enough clearance for tread.
- Excellent grip allows for quick and easy dismounts during technical sections
- Dual function can cause unnecessary wear on the pedal over time
