Can’t find good tension for release

Got these for a MTB, but I do not recommend this for this application. To hold shoe well, tension needs to be increased to point that it is difficult to do so normal side release. When the side release is easy, it will also release on a hard pull up. I couldn’t find a good balance to make work.Bumped from 2 to 3 stars from good customer service. They saw my review and prompted me to do a return. These did not work for my needs, but seems like there are a lot of other happy customers.

Nice dual sided pedals .

hop on for a quick ride to the local bottle shop or clip in for a ride around the local single track . really enjoying these pedals so far.

Enjoying my pedals, need to adjust the left pedal for ease of snapping in. All in all, it is doing what I purchased it to do!

you get what you pay for

One like to believe that somehow someway one hand find a top product for a far inferior price than the competiros. Not the case. for the price it's fine, but its not top quality. actually they squick when peddling hard and the binging spring and adjustment is flimsy. but as I said you et what you pay for.

Good dual use pedal

Nice pedals had to play with the adjustment for awhile till I achieved what I liked . Riding with my tennis shoes is a breeze would recommend for casual riders.

Impressive Quality on my review.

Only have a few rides on them but so far very impressed! Build quality seems nice and bearings are fluid and smooth. Nice packaging and come with SPD cleats which is a bonus as well! Perfect size for mountain biking.

Tension keeps changing

My first clipless pedal and working ok for getting in the groove of riding clipless, but I’m struggling with the tension adjustment. It will loosen itself while I’m riding to the point that my shoes will stop clipping in and I have to readjust mid-ride.

I will start positive. They are inexpensive and the clipless side has adjustable tension.There are issues. The platform is narrow and on a short spindle. It only supports the inside half of my street shoe. My cycling shoe rubs on the crank when clipped because of this.My mountain bike shoes don't work with them because there isn't enough clearance for tread.

Nice lower cost replacement

My Shimano dual platform clip pedals finally bit the dust. The replacements were a bit steep so I decided to try these. So far so good. Lighter and well made at a much lower cost. Was concerned that the plastic wouldn't hold up but they are really solid. Venzo makes a very similar pedal in metal if that is a concern.They went on fairly easily although they don't have flats on the shank for a 15mm wrench like the Shimano and others. 100% Compatible to my Pro Form Exercise Bike

The Venzo Dual Function Platform Multi-Use pedals were easy to install on my indoor Pro Form Exercise Bike. I didn't need to use the shoe clip-ons that came with the Venzo Dual Function Platform Multi-Use Pedals. The Venzo shoe clip-ons looked exactly like and were 100% compatible with my existing Shimano shoe clip - ons that I wear on my bike shoes. Sturdy and good quality, but not for you if you care about weight and aero.

It's heavy, but it's durable. Perfect for me who doesn't live and die by Strava and aero performance. Love being able to use cycling shoes or regular shoes any point with these.

Great pedal, paint can chip.

Paint chips easily, first time trying to get clipped in and I missed clip, the area my foot hit immediately chipped paint. Have had other pedals that don’t chip with a missed clip in.Otherwise great pedals, still on my bike and no other issues.

Great pedals good for me

I highly recommend these pedals. They are better than some at a much higher price point. I will definitely buy these again in the future for my other bikes. Don't think about these pedals, just buy them, you will not be sorry!

All terrain pedals for my opinion

These are nice pedals and useful for all terrains. I do a lot of riding and most of the time I use the pedal clips, but on trails I just flip them over and they give me good grip without clipping in. Just what I needed.
