Very easy to attach. Google, Firstbike lowering and the first video from Firstbike will be an installation video. For the more advanced, I recommend getting a helper or, even better, turning the bike upside down for assembly. Either way, it's very easy to do. I am currently sharing this bike with a 4 year old (who doesn't want to give it up, he loves it so much) and a 20 month old. With this kit both can still ride a bike. His seat should rise only halfway. Very impressed with this bike and the lowering kit. It's made of the same fiberglass as the bike itself. I have a question as to why I was given two washers and not a #6 hex as the instructions say, but I did have a spacer. around, so don't worry. Just a small quality control issue and wasted company money (I'm the project manager).
