Wow, what a difference. My old pump had shot through and was squeaking terribly. I think it was close to losing a bearing so it's time to replace it. It has been refurbished but has worked great so far. The quality is excellent. It makes a low squeak, but much quieter than my old one. It's definitely tolerable lol. Don't fill them to the brim, remember that as the oil heats up, it expands and can blow off the lid, causing the oil to foam. Use the oil level built into the cap to measure hot or cold oil. It definitely makes me feel safer! My old one would leave me stranded without power steering in the near future, I felt that.
