Extremely overpriced. American plugs are very difficult to connect.

This thing is terrible. I could get one for $8 and it would work better. You have to expend every ounce of force just to insert the plug into the outlet. I can't imagine an elderly person or someone with weak hands ever plugging anything into an outlet. I actually had to borrow an outlet in Greece to charge my phone. This item is VERY overpriced. This product does not run smoothly. This product should be avoided. Positive reviews may not be genuine.
