I bought this pump over a year ago. My adapter for the nasal splint did not fit. Each day I have at least 8 different buckets and I've tried them on each one. nope Tried new ones on when they arrived. no I wrote to the company about the problem with the adapter, thinking it might be an odd batch or that since all those pumps failed, they fixed it. I offered to buy a new adapter! Never heard of them. So I took my dremel and used it to fit the damn thing. It works. I actually like the pump because the spout fits on the side of the pump to flow back into a bucket - no need to leave oil in the hose. I still recommend this pump but be aware that you will be modifying the adapter with a Dremel or similar tool.
