Installation was easy, all parts and screwdriver included. The problem is that once the homepage loads, it takes much longer to load and when it sleeps, the computer doesn't wake up. This causes significant battery consumption. I haven't received any response from the support team yet, no solution yet. I have a Mid 2013 MacBook Air 11 inch. Bought a 960GB Jetdrive. Mac won't turn on today after charging overnight. I spoke to Transcend's support team, they said to update to the latest OS and restart the computer. Didn't do anything, now I can't even use my Mac because it won't boot. Waste of $600 and still waiting for a response from Transcend.
