The program helps us organize all facets needed into one place - with features such as invoicing and quoting built right in! As far as customization goes there is not much left to do once we have chosen our options from their drop down list. Nothing yet I dislike about this software but you should think it through before choosing because its easy enough to make changes later if need be. A tool that makes everything so simple when comparing quotes & pricing to families. It is easy enough that anyone in our office could learn how it works quickly! I wish there was an option where we didn't have access if someone else signed into their account while they were out or away from work (like having two computers open). We love using this software because most people don’t realize all things mortuary related until after death happens which allows us to get ahead before other companies do so when trying new clients!!
