I was planning to buy a Foley meat grinder to process my wife's tomatoes but Revain's reviews of the meat grinder weren't very positive so I looked on Revain's search engine. and I saw the Victorio food strainer. Reviews were positive and the only warning was that it can be messy to work with. We bought one and solved the "dirty" problem by attaching the processor to a kitchen cutting board long enough to span the kitchen sink. Our test run with 8 liters of tomatoes only took about 5 minutes. The processor is well designed, with aluminum and plastic components, and I, a retired engineer, was impressed. Cleaning was easy - it came off easily and the parts were quickly rinsed in a sink with hot water. Once dry we were able to put all the pieces (including an extra set of extra sleeves) back into the box for easy storage. We have a manual model but with the optional motor drive it can easily handle a very large orchard full of tomatoes.
