Review on 🚪 LiftMaster 371LM Garage Door Opener Remote: Ultimate Convenience for Easy Access by Michael Morgan

I bought this item because it is an elevator remote control and I have an elevator garage door opener. When I couldn't sync it I went to the instructions and realized I had the wrong opener. There was never any indication that I needed a specific color coded key to sync it. The advert only mentioned that the model number matched my door lock. When I tried to return it. I received a Ra# and an email saying I would have to pay $5 for shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I thought about my loss. When I went to UPS to ship it back, it cost $10.95 to ship it back. That would have been more than what I paid for the remote control. No thank you. Bad customer service
