Perfect match for my project! I've drilled through 12 inches of concrete with no problem, applying water constantly. You should always use water, even if it needs to be dry; This helps with friction, dirt removal, heat build-up and dust control. Just a very thin stream of constant water is enough. It actually turned out better than I expected. Just slow down the bullet as you go deeper into the concrete. Great for the price and small enough that you can store it easily. Going through hard materials to make a 4 inch hole seemed like a big deal, but that's history now. I don't know what you have to do to break this tool like other people have done. I've seen HILTI saws stall if mishandled, so just carefully stop if you notice any vibration and play it safe by purchasing a more industrial tool. I don't understand why I couldn't do 6 or more holes like this.
