Review on NEORTX by Joseph Cvetkovic

Unfortunately, my most recent internet purchasing experience was a nightmare thanks to NEORTX. There was no response from or assistance provided by customer service. The customer support guy was quite unhelpful when I had an issue with my order. In addition, the website's product descriptions were inaccurate. What I received did not function well, and it was not what was advertised. There were problems with some of the cords and adapters upon shipment. It's obvious that NEORTX values profits more than happy customers. In sum, NEORTX is not a store you should patronize. Their unhelpful staff and exaggerated claims about their products make shopping there a miserable ordeal. Avoid the bother and get your cell phone accessories elsewhere.
