The next step was downloading the app. I couldn't install the Sifely app on my phone. So I contacted Sifley support. As it turns out, the Sifley app and The Oaks Lock apps are identical and fully compatible with each other. However, your phone only installs one or the other, not both, and since I already had the Oaks app on my phone (which controls the Oaks lock on my front door), I don't need the Sifely app. I opened my Oaks app and added a Sifely lock, programmed and fingerprinted everything I needed to add and it works perfectly. And since I added a Sifley gateway to My Oaks Lock, I can control my Sifely lock remotely too. from anywhere in the world.
