This lock is amazing! He does what he says. After installing this lock, which took 8 minutes, I watched the installation video to make sure I installed it correctly. As it turned out, I guessed right. There are 3 sets of screws of different lengths, I chose the shortest one when installing the lock on the interior door of my house. The next step was downloading the app. I couldn't install the Sifely app on my phone. So I contacted Sifley support. As it turns out, the Sifley app and The Oaks…

Doesn't work as promised, no effective technical support and no readable manual.

Installed quickly but then the problems started. I spent over 3 hours registering, downloading, setting up and running the app. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd time failed and eventually got it working without a gateway. I tried emailing a key to my manager but it didn't work. He ended up having to go to the lock, restart his app, and redownload it multiple times before he could add it as an admin. He worked two hours. Then when I added the gateway I had more problems and had to work on it for an hour or…

Do not stay more than a few months

Update: 5 locks sent to us. Three failed. One was so poorly made that none of the screw holes lined up. One is still working. It is clear that the quality of their workmanship is terrible. I suspect such loose tolerances are also why it doesn't stand up to simple moisture. The idea is good, but the locks are terribly bad. We bought two of these locks. Easy to install, great features, great price. We love it.

After a lot of research I bought a Sifely Smarlock for my front door, I don't regret it. The front door of our family home had an old two-pronged doorknob and a regular key, so we decided to go with a smart lock.
