Installed quickly but then the problems started. I spent over 3 hours registering, downloading, setting up and running the app. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd time failed and eventually got it working without a gateway. I tried emailing a key to my manager but it didn't work. He ended up having to go to the lock, restart his app, and redownload it multiple times before he could add it as an admin. He worked two hours. Then when I added the gateway I had more problems and had to work on it for an hour or two before it worked. Now an experienced computer engineer, I worked for Qualcom and Advanced Radio Telcom for 40 years and eventually founded Accel Net, Inc. I was a Wi-Fi pioneer. Anyway, when I logged off the local network and tried to access it over the network, it only allowed me to open and close without admin privileges. When I contacted Sifely support, they couldn't do anything. No troubleshooting or ability to check status or configurations. They keep referring to their unreadable manual because they know literally nothing about their own product. Really sad case of crap rushing to the market.
