Review on MaxxHaul 70103 Hitch FOLDING Carrier by Craig Mcdonald

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Love this carrier

I absolutely love this carrier! It arrived quickly and in great shape. I opened the box, got all the parts ready and dismantled the fittings. I suggest a set of sockets and a battery-powered drill or hammer (I saw another statement saying to use needlenose pliers and an adjustable wrench. Hmm, NO). After laying out the parts for 3 or 4 minutes, it only took me 15 minutes to fully assemble the block and recheck each bolt. It couldn't be much easier. I also saw a review that said it requires 2 or 3 people to assemble. I didn't think so. I just did it myself. My only thought is that maybe they had trouble connecting the two halves to fit the hardware? I installed the center pole and pushed the halves together by hand, then while the left side was on the floor I put a piece of packing cardboard under the right side to level the unit (so it doesn't come loose because of the plank). in the middle) while placing the hardware. Not as much. Used the unit to tow about 300lbs the next day and it ran great on the road. I highly recommend this block.
