Overall not bad for size and price. Rusted on all welds after one day; although it was raining heavily. Read in a static tone. Just a bad ending; Primer. The wire mesh floor is not very good. This is not expanded metal, but welded wire. Several welds were broken upon arrival. At my factory, this clutch wobbles a lot. I highly recommend buying Anti Rattle Hitch Tightener. The best color would get this 4 stars and the best mesh would get 5 stars.

Heavy duty, instructions a bit difficult to follow, special tools required to tighten locking screws. It took me several hours to assemble. Once in the car, was very happy with it. I got my stuff safely from Cali to Colorado. The side rails were high, it felt like my drawers were protected. My only problem is that the basket falls off when I go over a dip in the road. I suggest a set of sockets and a battery-powered drill or hammer (I saw another statement saying to use needlenose pliers and an adjustable wrench. Hmm, NO).
