Review on MaxxHaul 70103 Hitch FOLDING Carrier by Cory Jacobson

Worked great on our 2016 Kia Sorento for a 3400 mile trip. I highly recommend getting an S hitch to get it off the ground better. Exiting the sloping parking lot onto the street we scraped the floor many times. Because of this, the cap covering the hole immediately came off and we lost it. Also, it is ground shipping and the package has been opened. We lost the bolts for it. We were on a trip and had to run to the hardware store to get a replacement. Everything was fine but I wish the delivery was better. We bought a hitch to hold on to as recommended. Worked fine, didn't rattle. I do wish it had an exhaust guard though. We bought a $40 waterproof tarp to cover our luggage before we zip it up. The exhaust melted the tarpaulin a little. The product seems to be well made! It has a pin to secure it in the hitch and a pin to lock the top in the up and down position.
