Powerful, gets the job done.
Heavy duty, instructions a bit difficult to follow, special tools required to tighten locking screws. It took me several hours to assemble. Once in the car, was very happy with it. I got my stuff safely from Cali to Colorado. The side rails were high, it felt like my drawers were protected. My only problem is that the basket falls off when I go over a dip in the road. I drive a Ford Escape. Didn't do him any harm, but he makes a pretty raspy sound! I also have a "rattle" clutch pin that fits snugly into the receiver.
