The answer is yes! The stone has a huge safety margin; I adjusted the voltage range so that it operates between 0.650V and 1.050V; at maximum load, the voltage is 0.990V. The temperature ranges from 60 to 70 degrees Celsius in this setting. I'm holding off on applying 1.250-1.300v to the drain until the board has been ated. By 4.7 degrees on the drain (without downvolt) there is no mention of overclocking. It is still required to scalp the processor, even if overclocking is not desired.
