I bought this chair in December 2014 and I really like it - about 4 months ago it started sagging while I was sitting on it sometimes. I searched the internet and bought something (a plastic tube) that should keep it at the right level. Eventually the plastic ripped, so it all started all over again. I've tried a few things myself (hose clamps, tape, etc.) but nothing really worked. Today I looked at the order for Revain, checked the warranty section, found out there was a 2 year parts replacement and called Flash Furniture - in two minutes they agreed to send me a new cylinder with it I could have a fully functional chair.
