There are two things to note about these hinges: 1. They come with the wrong screws. Yes you will get 40 but you need screws. They're advertised with wood screws, but you're given a plan with old wood screws that you need to drill a pilot hole in before installing. Their heads are broken too. I read this in a previous review and it is true. I only lost one, but one was enough. I left a broken piece and missed this hole.2. You must use all 40 screws - 10 per leg/5 per hinge side. If not, swing them. They are advertised as only using two on the side of the legs but I ended up using all 40. They are much more stable. Did a great job replacing the gate legs and turning my folding table into a different type of folding table than I really was. can use.
