Perfect for my 2000 Subaru 2.5 engine. The only problem is that if you start overtightening the head, even if you think you haven't pinched the gasket, it will need to be replaced. I dropped the head bolt and had to remove the head (because I was replacing it in the car). I think I tightened at least one bolt before all the bolts were in place, hence the error and partial head gasket compression.
