If you want to remove the outer tie rod end.

If you want to remove the outer tie rod end from the steering knuckle. . . without damaging the trunk. . . there is a tool to get. I have used it for many years without damaging the tool or the tie rod boot. word to the wise. . . Apply some anti-seize to the threads.
