If I could give this lure more stars, I would! I'm a skeptic and thought yeah it won't be as great as I hope. Well, prove me wrong and make me smile! The directions are as clear as possible. Water the window and put the chain on. You can cut it very easily if you have scissors. now i think if it prevents the neighbors from looking inside. My kids and I tested it day and night, standing on either side and making faces at each other. I don't know what their faces are because they're blurry. Even at night, when the lights were on in the house, you couldn't see anything from the outside. This works great for a window that you just don't want to cover because you want to let light in instead of people looking in. This particular design adds some light wandering rainbows to the home when the sun hits it directly. Great way to brighten up your day! I plan on getting a few more of these for the bottom of the ground level windows in the house.
