Doesn't move more than a few inches when trying to "throw " like a yo-yo.
Definitely cannot be used as a yo-yo. If my husband and I try we can probably get him to move about 6 inches. My almost 4 year old walks about 2-3. It's frustrating for all of us that we can't get him to move much. Maybe you need to wrap less tightly? If you're hoping for a yo-yo, it's not really going to work. you can pull it out
