Frustrated with having to make sure the pod is in the right position or you'll be drilling holes in the bottom
Dislikes that the bottom of the pod is mesh and there is no indication to be careful when inserting the pod. It pollutes the floor and you cannot use it because the ground coffee gets into the coffee. My previous pods had solid plastic at the bottom so you didn't have to be careful how you put the pod in.
- Cost effective - The mesh design ensures every ground pod is used so no coffee or tea is wasted. It also significantly reduces the cost per cup compared to disposable K cups.
