The bike is great so I give it five stars. Huffy's customer service leaves a lot to be desired for the most part. (service@huffy.com) Training wheels did not fit properly. I felt from the beginning that the guides should be left and right. The rep I spoke to suggested that I was crazy and that installing the training wheels was the easiest job in the world. Hope this helps someone. If you look at the picture the instructions on the left are correct (they are different), the ones on the right were what I got with the bike. They are equal. Finally, after many iterations, I contacted Remy. He got on one of the bikes, agreed with me and sent me the parts I needed. This may be unusual and only affects our bike (and the person who has two others), but I wanted to make it known.
