Why why why didn't I buy these.
Why why why haven't I bought it for a long time? The hood struts on my 2002 Jeep Liberty broke a while ago and I had to hold the 2x4 in the back to keep the hood open on the rare occasions when I needed to get to the engine. For some reason I was never able to replace the shock absorbers. I finally ordered these. Installation took less than 5 minutes. Click, click, click, click. Did. And now my car's hood stays open and I don't have to worry about my head getting crushed every time I open it. Hooray.
