The thing keeps what it promises. I was very skeptical, but after a week of use. Wow! It won't add horsepower, but it will make starting faster. You really just have to play around with it and find what works for you. The 3rd mode is not very useful as it is very sensitive. Just touch the throttle and you're gone. I keep mine in Eco mode and it really helps my gas mileage. When I ride on weekends I set it to first or second mode. So if your ETB is a bit behind, I would definitely recommend this. Just make sure you choose the right one for your vehicle. I drive a 2013 F150 Regular Cab with a 5.0 engine.
