Review on CyramedX by Jarod Berthelson

It was very easy to setup and implement. We have been using CyramedX for almost 4 months. We have found that it is very user friendly and easy to use. We are very happy with the system. We are able to see our patient information, scheduling, billing, and other patient information in one place. We have been able to streamline our workflow and improve efficiency. We have been able to improve our patient satisfaction score. We are able to send messages to our patients and providers to remind them of upcoming appointments. I like that it is easy to use, has all of my information in one place including patient history, medical records, billing, etc., and can be used by anyone with access to computer. It's not very user friendly. The software needs some work before being able to use it effectively. There are so many features you have to learn how to navigate through them all. We're solving problems we were having with our previous system which was too complicated and difficult to find things we needed.
