Review on Kalex by Andy Metzger

I recently purchased some fishing equipment from Kalex, and I must admit that I'm quite dissatisfied. When I did find what I was looking for, the prices were significantly more than those at other stores since the website was clumsy and challenging to browse. Finally, when my order did come, it was incomplete and that was the cherry on top. Customer support was sluggish to respond and useless when I called them. My interaction with Kalex was disappointing all around.
