The product tastes good (tangerine) and you will definitely feel the difference. However, this product only contains dextrose and sugar. Dextrose is good, but it doesn't contain things like BCAAS like I thought this product would. I'm already getting BCAAS from my whey protein, along with other things that are helpful post-workout. If you don't, for your post-workout to be most effective, you'll also need to purchase the Active Blend Matrix, which costs about $37 for 30 servings. That adds up to about $60, which is insane, so I'd suggest if you already have a source for whey or other BCAAs; just take this. However, I do notice a significant difference when using this product and would recommend it. Note, however, that this particular product is dextrose and sugar.
