Installed this with a new Eonon GA7180A head in my 2007 GMC 1500 Sierra. The camera looks just like the standard GM trunk handle. Not those stupid screw-on license plates. Looks great. Get a great view of the large area behind the truck even at night when reversing and steering. It was easy to install as the frame that comes with it is of good quality and you just have to swap out the lock (if you have one) for a new one that is simply held in place with a snap clip. Pretty good guide too. On my GMC, the green wire on the tail light is the shutter wire that the red wire on the camera connects to, and you can ground the black wire on the camera to any black wire in the tail light wires. I later found out that the orange wire on the Eonon head was the backup trigger and the radio head has a wire from the camera, but I've already used the camera end for the trigger and you can't use both. Either one or the other, but the choice is yours on either end.
