Absolutely the right knife for cutting acrylic glass

This is the right tool (blade) for cutting acrylic glass. Initially, I tried using a special Bosch T102BF T-shank jigsaw blade that is made for acrylic, but the jigsaw blade was not designed for 1/2" thick acrylic. Arming my rigid-body table saw with this Diablo blade was so easy. Outside cut 1/2". It also cut well through my 1/4" and 1/8" stock (as shown in the photo). Advice I'll throw away: Using a blade guard when Cutting acrylic on a table saw helps control the ejection of plastic snow—the same amount (but it's still messy.) Also, I highly recommend using a riving knife if you're cutting plastic sheets 1/2" thick or thicker cut (as hard as they are).
