Short lifespan. Rarely used (4_5) times because I try not to heat my hair. It's been almost a year and when I plugged it in today the light wouldn't come on or get hot. I spent over 100€ on it and definitely didn't get my money's worth. Tempo. The dial is also difficult to read. Disappointed and cannot return. Nice packaging and good reputation so I bought it but am very upset that I spent so much and can't return or exchange.
