It supplies power but doesn't work with our Mitel/Aastra 6867i or 6863i phones
I wanted this to work. The price is good, the design is easy to use and I wanted to take the desk phone home. I don't know what the problem is, but it doesn't work with our Mitel/Aastra 6867i or 6863i phones. Tested with three different phones. I'm assuming it's passive power versus active power, but I could be wrong about that. I hooked up a Fluke LinkSprinter to it and it showed up and reported, so I know it's turning on and running network traffic. . Maybe it's just a problem with our particular phone model.
