Good quality product, I rate this purchase excellent.

In general, I am quite happy with the purchase that I made. I am going to gradually switch out all of the fans in the PC for Noctua models.
Some pros:
Excellent, perfectly silent fan. The extension cord, the 3-4 pin converter, the step-down resistor, and the rubber nails are all excellent pieces of equipment. All that remains to be done. What is not usable can be repurposed for use in fans manufactured by other companies.
Got cons:
Price. Rubber nails are notoriously difficult to install. For that kind of money, they would have included some type of "adaptation" for pulling these "rubber nails." This would explain how to "break" fingers and tear rubber.
