You probably won't be using most of these products anyway.

Let me start by saying that most people I've spoken to (who aren't pros either) say the glove is NOT what you want to use, if you really like details to wash the outside of the car. If you use it to apply products to seats or whatever, it will work just fine. I suspect the problem here is that dirt and small rocks can collect on this glove and cause micro-scratches. Getting rid of them is no fun. Small pads of wax (black, orange, and blue) are fine at best. The velcro on them comes off once you're done using the pillow or just trying to turn it off. I took off the orange block and the entire white backing came off. That white backing keeps it connected to the main accessory that you insert into the drill. The main accessory that attaches to the drill also has a little error in the connection compared to other bits. If you go in one direction, the adapter will break off the nut. Nothing you can't decide. Just go in the opposite direction. I haven't found a use for wire brushes yet. I'm sure they work great as wire brushes. Things with vent holes are completely useless. Maybe it's just me. I tried them and wasn't impressed. Not even easier than simply taking a thin microfiber cloth and running it through the vents. Your results may vary. I'm not a fan. A few brushes (labeled 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18) are actually very useful for getting into really tiny nooks and crannies inside. I kind of destroyed the stubble trying to hit a specific spot. I will not discredit the product because of this as I am sure every other brush works the same way. Maybe look elsewhere for cheaper brushes. Now onto the real meat and potato varieties in this set, these drill brushes. I used one on the shower floor and was amazed at how clean it got. After that, my roommate finally took a bath. Probably because he was clean enough to do it without considering how dirty he was. I've also used it to clean faux leather. A very good kit. I dig it up.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
