The best thing is that it has an application programming interface (API), so you can integrate with almost everything. Some of their reports are not as detailed as I would like, however, they are constantly improving. It's easy to use, simple to install, and it integrates well with other apps. We are using it as a central asset management system throughout our entire organization. The biggest benefit has been its ability to share information across the entire employee base. Previously, we had to manually log time in a separate spreadsheet before submitting it to Payroll. Now, everything gets pulled into one place.
