Great product. Just make sure you set it up with "UP" or you'll get water out of the spout and showerhead no matter what you do! I had to cut and flip the drywall and then patch the drywall because I couldn't check "UP" even though I knew it had to be set correctly for the diverter to work properly. Also note the warning not to use Pex plastic pipe for plumbing to the spout or showerhead as it has a reduced internal diameter and the potential for improper water drainage to the spout or showerhead. Last but not least, pay attention to the required minimum/maximum distance from the valve body to the outlet, otherwise you will have problems. I have used Delta bath/shower valves in my home and rentals for many years with no problems and with easy maintenance. Great product when installed correctly.
