I'd like to give a better overview, but there were a few issues I ran into on my first and only attempt to use it so far. The strap that goes over my shoulder doesn't fit me and I have quite a long torso compared to most women, probably because I'm 5ft 6in tall. I'm the smallest in the family. This places the sling lower than is comfortable and restricts hip movement. Putting my cat in the carrier was very difficult due to its design. My 3 year old and 5 lb cat/ESA could slide right out of the top section at the narrowest point. I also think she was very uncomfortable because she was either lying on her back, which she hates, or bending her spine in the completely wrong direction. Luckily cats are flexible but I can't imagine using this on a dog. My little girl is about the size of a chihuahua if that helps. i will return it Good idea. Bad design.
