I bought this for my 18 month old nephew. He is very curious, practical and likes to understand everything. I'm not sure if he's too young, or if his hands are too small, or if his fine motor skills aren't fully developed, but he has trouble buckling the buckles and gets quite frustrated by it. If the buckle straps were a little longer or the buckles were a little bigger, he could successfully grab both sides to fasten the buckles. Otherwise, this business board corresponds to the description, arrived quickly and is suitable for normal use.
