Ignore reviews from people who have not used the product. I bought this set because I'm admittedly a Babitsky fan. The price was good - comparable to a professional kitchen set I bought at a restaurant supply store. I immediately noticed how the shaft and my hand fit together - as if they had missed each other for years. Of course, my fingers were on the roller. The balance is way better than any professional knife I own. And best of all these knives are SHARP unlike other dumb youtube chefs with a branded knife. I immediately cut up some carrots, boiled peppers and cut up a piece of crusty bread just in case. Yes, it's a great value!
