
I recommend watching some videos on how to install a belt. The first thing you will notice is that the belt needs to be flipped when coming inside out. Remove the cogs and chain, put the belt on the small pulley first, then slide the belt over the large pulley as far as it will go, use the ratchet and socket wrench and turn the large pulley clockwise while you apply pressure to the belt. Turning will be difficult for the first few seconds, but keep turning the pulley and the belt snaps immediately. The glider works great now.
