Damn! Gymnasts are a different kind of force! I, like many others, have started putting together a home gym during the pandemic. They caught my eye as an alternative to the crossbar as my door frames aren't made for them. You can do many bodyweight exercises with these rings, and the numbered straps make it easy to make sure you're using them correctly. I've ceiling mounted it with no problems, but you should definitely check the installation before hanging your whole body weight on it. The straps appear to be well constructed and show no signs of strain when I use them. The rings themselves are durable and, thanks to the rubber coating, are comfortable to hold. I will never get as fit as a gymnast but they are so versatile and unobtrusive that I will be using them for a long time!
