Responds slowly and then quickly after use.

As the title says, you're going to access this drive and it's slow to respond, like waking it from sleep. A few very noticeable seconds. Then when it's used, it's pretty fast for a hard drive. Used as an additional drive in a new system (AMD 5900x, B550 MB, etc. etc.).
