Review on Dorman 03099 Exhaust Flange Hardware by Walter Velasquez

This works as intended but I doubt the quality of the steel. Usually the bolts are hardened, but these are clearly not. Also others have mentioned this as to why they only give you three sets. The car uses four, two per distributor. A set of two or four people would be logical. Also one would be logical as you will most likely only have a damaged bobby pin. The threads on them are also different at each end. One end is ok and the other is ok. Factory bolts are intact on both ends. I believe this makes the kit applicable to more vehicles. However, be aware that unless you replace them all at once, they use different nuts than the original bolts. (But then again, since you only have 3 out of 4, you can't).
